Organic living through organic education and organic production of fruits and vegetables for healthy life.
At Frenzy Farm LLP, we are proving that barren hills can bloom again. What began as an apple orchard in Matli village, Tehri, has now grown into a model of sustainable farming, food processing, and community impact.
We cultivate a high-density apple orchard with over 2,000 European imported plants that yield five times more than traditional trees. Alongside apples, we process and package a wide range of fruit and vegetable powders—including apple, mango, turmeric, ginger, and red chili—as well as chemical-free pulses like rajma, gahat, and toor pahadi dal. All our products are grown organically, using natural fertilizers such as cow dung and vermicompost, and packed in eco-friendly materials.
Our vision is not only to grow but to empower farmers. By creating direct and indirect trade channels—distributors, storefronts, online platforms, and partnerships—we ensure that farmers receive fair prices and steady income.
Beyond farming, we focus on community development: guiding local farmers to revive barren land, adopt fruit gardening, and increase household income. Our rainwater harvesting system (200,000+ liters capacity) strengthens climate resilience, while our model reduces migration, empowers women, and inspires youth to return to farming with pride.
Frenzy Farm LLP is more than a farm—it is a movement to make Uttarakhand green, self-reliant, and prosperous again, one orchard and one household at a time.
👉 We aim to replicate this model across India and beyond, so every barren land can be transformed into a source of livelihood, dignity, and resilience.

Our journey began in Tehri Garhwal (Uttarakhand, India), where thousands of villages have faced migration due to unproductive farmland and lack of sustainable livelihoods. Determined to reverse this trend, We transformed our own barren mountain land into a thriving apple orchard, processing unit, and community training hub. This model now inspires and supports smallholder farmers across the region.
We are conducting ongoing research on apple powder as a high-value, shelf-stable product that extends the use of Himalayan apples beyond seasonal markets. This innovation has the potential to significantly increase farmer incomes, reduce food waste, and open export opportunities for mountain produce.
At Frenzy Farm LLP, we are creating a model of sustainable and scalable rural development aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goal 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth. Our farm-based innovation empowers farmers to stay in their villages and thrive.
We are pioneering high-density apple farming using modern rootstocks and compact layouts. This innovation increases per-acre productivity and helps small farmers get faster and higher returns.
Unmarketable apples are now being processed into nutrient-rich apple powder. This initiative reduces post-harvest loss, creates local jobs, and boosts income through value addition.
We process organically grown turmeric, ginger, and red chili into pure, chemical-free powders. These are sold under our Krishisandhi brand, connecting farmers directly to consumers.

With over 200,000 liters of rainwater harvesting capacity, the project demonstrates how water-scarce Himalayan farming can become sustainable even during dry months. This system ensures resilience against climate change and reduces dependence on unpredictable rainfall.
Local women’s groups are at the heart of the initiative—trained in organic inputs, safe food processing, and entrepreneurship. Through collective action, they now market pulses, spices, and fruit powders, achieving 30–40% higher household incomes.
Beyond farmers, the project has partnered with academic institutions such as IIM Kashipur, where I trained students for two years in rural innovation and entrepreneurship. These collaborations help refine the model and inspire the next generation of changemakers.
This work has been honored with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) SDG 8 Award (2025), presented by the Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, and featured in leading media outlets such as the Times of India, News9, and Garhwal Post.
